Update! - The Bahamas Government has just announced that a negative Covid-19 Test (done within 7 days of travel) required and Mandatory Mask Order is now in place.
On June 28th, the Bahamas Government announced that effective July 7th 2020, the window to take the COVID-19 RT-PCR test prior to arrival has been reduced from 10 days to 7 days. Once you have your test results, please remember to visit www.travel.gov.bs/international to apply for your Bahamas Travel Health Certificate.
In order to enter the Bahamas, you must have:
1. A valid passport
2. A Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Result
3. A Bahamas Travel Health Certificate
Additionally, a Mandatory Mask Order is now in place for all Bahamians, residents and tourists, so be sure to bring your masks with you, and wear them at all times in all public areas (including the beach)! Persons not wearing a mask will be subject to a $200 fine.
